RETURNS POLICY:
Items purchased must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unworn, not damaged, and in their original condition.
Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.

2. Click on "Return" and follow the instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES
The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.
REFUND LEADTIME AND CONDITIONS:
THESHHHOP SRL will cover the administrative costs.
Once the shop receives your item, they will inspect it and the refund will be processed. The original delivery cost will be included in your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Refunds of orders paid by Credit Card can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your account statement.
THESHHHOP SRL operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Eurozone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed. The risks related to returns, such as lost or damaged shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contact our customer service at +39 0731/9871 or filling our contact form in the customer care area.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we'll email you confirmation of your cancelled order and your refund will be completed via the original payment method, including the delivery costs.
In case of purchase as "guest user" use the link you received by email while ordering, access to “Orders” and select the cancellation request.
